BL Harbert International LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager at Kings Bay, GA, to support planning, scheduling, and financial outcomes on construction projects. The role requires coordinating design documents, submittals, and contractual requirements while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction management, a related Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree.
• Must be open to relocation.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, design, and materials for planning and development.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
