Job summary

BL Harbert International in Kings Bay, GA, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects to meet client goals and financial targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to coordinate plans, submittals, and subcontractor activities while maintaining schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure
• Prior experience at Assistant Project Manager level or above, managing budgets, design/build and other activities
• Knowledge of state and local permitting procedures
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must be open to relocation

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
