Job summary

B.l.-Harbert-International,-LLC- seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, directing and delivering construction projects in Florida. You will coordinate design drawings, project specifications, and contractual requirements to ensure client satisfaction and strong financial outcomes.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to relocate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction management experience in buildings and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable field.
• Experience managing project budgets and design/build activities.
• Knowledge of state and local permitting procedures.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor pay applications for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
