Job summary

B.L. Harbert International is seeking a Project Manager to implement programs and manage construction projects in coordination with PMs, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to meet deadlines, architectural requirements, codes, and owner expectations.

The role involves organizing and directing multiple projects, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Relocation is required for suitable candidates and career growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of construction management experience on buildings and infrastructure.
• Willingness to relocate and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor pay apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
