Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree with relevant experience or 5+ years with non-relevant degree.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and scheduling/PM software.
• Strong understanding of cost control, risk management and contract language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Project Manager duties; step in during absence.
• Oversee the RFI process and material deliveries coordination.
• Document progress photos and reports; ensure close-out requirements are met.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement and cost reporting.
• Develop, manage, and report project schedules; monitor progress and risk.
