Jobot, a long-standing general contractor based in St. Louis, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn from the best in the construction space and contribute to our collaborative team.

The role emphasizes on-site work and managing project engineering activities within healthcare, education, and institutional projects. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K with company match, PTO, and short/long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFIs, and punch lists preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be onsite regularly.

Job Details

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFI's, and punch lists preferred.
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to varying field conditions.
11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
