Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our St. Louis commercial construction operations.

The role leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial construction project management, strong knowledge of processes and scheduling, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts & scheduling.
• Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and similar PM software proficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
