Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to work with direct support staff, oversee overnight staff, and provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator. The role includes helping with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
