Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years minimum of management experience.
• Construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufactured housing is highly desired.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct production departments under the Production Manager.
• Provide communication, feedback, and recognition to team members and leaders.
• Lead large groups and promote a culture of accountability.
• Ensure adherence to HUD building codes and safety rules.
• Direct teams to meet timelines and production priorities.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and development for personnel.
• Improve production processes using Lean methodologies (Lean, 6S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Guide department leaders to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
