Clayton Manufacturing seeks a General Manager to lead production, distribution, safety, and quality while driving profitability across assigned operations. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cost control, and strong cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, several years of production management experience, and proven P&L responsibility. A track record of improving process flows and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management; 5 years of P&L experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and discretionary skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop staff leaders to guide plants and support organizations.
• Lead efforts with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet requirements.
• Establish and attain plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety.
• Establish and maintain the plant vision for success.
• Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Provide effective leadership and promote cross-functional cooperation.
• Be responsible for overall production, distribution, safety, quality, performance, and profitability of operations.
• Coordinate planning with department managers to meet manufacturing objectives on time and cost-effectively.
• Set and monitor performance for production and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
