Job summary

Clayton is seeking a General/Plant Manager to lead and manage the facility that supports production, distribution, safety, team member experience, sales, quality, and cost. This role drives productivity and financial excellence across operations.

You will develop leadership, align with customers and internal staff, and ensure attainment of plant goals while upholding Clayton’s values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management, with at least two in a manufacturing management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations.
• Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety.
• Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Coordinate business activities through planning with departmental managers to meet total manufacturing and production objectives.
