Alsco is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support the Production Manager in organizing and supervising the Production Department. Responsible for staff hiring, training, evaluations, and adherence to production policies and budgets.

The role collaborates with engineering, sales, and service management to ensure operations run smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards. Strong English communications and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Some business experience.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Support performance evaluations and employee actions.
• Improve labor utilization and production efficiency.
• Provide training for new hires across production.
