Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in Bellevue, WA. This hands-on leadership role supports the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution, while fostering a patient-centered environment.

You will learn and support multiple practice functions, including patient care coordination, optical sales, clinical support, and daily routines, helping the team deliver exceptional patient experiences and business results.

Qualifications

• Optical/healthcare or comparable service experience required.
• 1–2 years of leadership, lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills in a fast-paced patient care environment.
• Ability and willingness to learn across multiple practice positions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, service execution and real-time needs.
• Work on the practice floor, assist across practice functions to support patient care and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, technician/clinical support, and patient handoffs.
• Help identify workflow barriers or communication gaps and escalate when appropriate.
