• Leadership experience in a retail/healthcare setting.
• Experience in optical or practice functions preferred.
• Willingness to learn across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor and assist across functions to support patient care.
• Learn and support roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales, and technician support.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development as requested by the Practice Manager.
• Communicate daily priorities and quality standards to the team.
• Serve as the point of contact in the Practice Manager’s absence when assigned.
