AEG Vision in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to inspire the team, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results. This hands-on leadership role supports the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and multi-function coverage across optical sales, care coordination, and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical or healthcare/service operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution on the practice floor.
• Coordinate multi-function walks including patient care coordination, optical sales, and technician support.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and training within assigned areas.
• Partner with the Practice Manager and Optometrist to support exam flow and readiness.
• Communicate daily priorities and uphold patient-centered service standards.
• Help identify workflow barriers and assist with improvements.
