Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a courteous restaurant team member to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take and confirm orders, and ensure accuracy through POS input and proper service.

You’ll assist with beverage service, maintain station cleanliness, and help drive guest satisfaction across shift transitions. This on-site role at our Texas resort emphasizes teamwork, knowledge of menu items, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Be a team player and help co-workers as needed.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Know menu items, table settings and service ware.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat orders to confirm accuracy.
• Input orders into POS for kitchen staff.
• Deliver completed orders, up to 30 lbs, with condiments.
• Abide by state and corporate beverage service requirements.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present the check and close out the tab.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
