Responsibilities include supervising frontline staff, handling cash, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• At least 6 months of parking experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in creating and reviewing month-end reports and budgets for the location.
• Supervise frontline staff (cashiers, attendants, maintenance porters) and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of all areas of the garage and local landmarks.
