Job summary

• Assist with scheduling to meet customer service and operating standards via on-call staffing.
• Support opening and closing of the facility.
• Collect deposits and report daily revenue; review cashier reports for accuracy.
• Ensure operation per policy, equipment maintenance, signage.
• Maintain safety and security by audits and checklists per Safety Manual.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Document incident forms.
• Review and acknowledge policies and procedures as required.
• May be asked to fill in for front line associates during absences.
• Meet with client contact as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
