Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with staff and customers.
• Provide customer resolutions in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets to customers and record required information on each ticket.
• Collect payment via cash, credit card or validation with secure cash handling.
• Process exception transactions per policy and complete forms as needed.
• Provide correct change and issue receipts for all transactions.
• Maintain a neat cashier booth and clean windows with no unauthorized posters.
• Uphold service standards, greet customers, answer questions, and thank customers exiting.
• Ensure sites follow safety procedures and verify licenses for field employees.
• Forward maintenance needs to the Operations Manager.
• Supervise daily activity and accident reports.
