Job summary

Colonial Parking, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more parking facilities in the Washington, DC area.

You will supervise Shift Managers, Cashiers, Attendants and other staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliant operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, opening/closing, revenue reporting, safety audits, incident documentation, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facility staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling to meet service and standards.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Collect deposits and report daily revenue; review cashier reports for accuracy.
• Ensure facility operations comply with company policy and signage standards.
• Review maintenance checklists and conduct safety audits as directed.
• Resolve customer concerns escalated by frontline staff.
• Document incident forms and maintain proper records.
• Acknowledge and apply company policies and procedures in daily duties.
