Job summary

Colonial Parking, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facility Care Manager in Washington, DC to organize and oversee the Facility Care Department services supporting the parking operation. This role leads a team, plans budgets, and drives efficiency to maximize revenue and control costs.

The Senior FC Manager will coordinate with management, contractors, and clients to ensure services meet or exceed standards, while maintaining compliance, scheduling, and documentation across locations.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops a team of Facility Care staff.
• Plans and manages the scope of Facility Care services.
• Prepares and monitors annual budgets for services.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all Facility Care Department services for the parking operation.
• Prepare price proposals, schedule services, and ensure timely execution.
• Track maintenance needs, document as per agreements, and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
• Coordinate with upper management and clients to expand services and revenue.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to service standards.
