Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director for Central Phoenix, AZ to lead the in-office team and coordinate scheduling, administration, and operations. The role shares on-call duties with fellow managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher, with an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, and valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include high school diploma and an associates/bachelor degree.
• Two years’ experience as an administrator or in managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop in-office staff and operations.
• Manage scheduling, administrative and office operations.
• Share on-call duties with other managers and handle client escalations.
• Liaise with Home Base for payroll notes and shifts.
• Conduct client visits and maintain quality client experience.
• Ensure compliance with state supervisory visits.
