Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, supply chain, or related field with 3+ years in building or offsite construction.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.
• Familiarity with BIM and construction technology advances.
• Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical implementation of xPL Offsite Manufacturing through project engagements to identify best fit offsite applications.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to assess designs, identify risks, and implement offsite strategies.
• Provide input on constructability, cost analysis, and logistics for product solutions.
• Assist in evaluating design needs for offsite construction and opportunities for xPL Offsite products.
• Assist with developing OSM Scopes of Work and responsibility matrices.
• Support bidding strategies and development of manufacturing bid lists.
• Maintain and improve offsite standard work methods and processes.
• Track KPIs related to cost, schedule, safety, labor, quality, and sustainability.
• Support R&D efforts for modular solutions.
• Limited travel.
