Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate Degree required; BSN must be started within 6 months.
• BSN must be completed within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum RN experience: 5 years with ADN or 3 years with BSN.
• Membership in a professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care team activities and monitor quality per shift.
• Support the organization's customer-centric service program.
• Conduct daily rounds to address patient/family concerns.
• Coach and evaluate staff’s clinical practice.
• Ensure nursing competency and annual training compliance.
• Coordinate communication with physicians and staff.
