Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia.
• Professional certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within 2 years of hire.
• BSN or MSN required.
• 3–5 years RN experience, preferably in acute care.
• 1 year direct supervision of healthcare delivery with leadership experience.
• Membership in a professional organization within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors care quality and uses performance improvement metrics.
• Creates and supports a customer-centric service program.
• Routinely rounds and addresses patient/family/physician concerns.
• Ensures nursing competency, licensure, certifications, and annual training.
• Coaches staff and designs education to meet clinical needs.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Collaborates on budget planning and financial reports.
• Maintains unit records and compliance with hospital policies.
