Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is seeking a Manager-Assistant Nurse (ANM) to join the Nursing Leadership Team in Braselton, GA. The ANM will lead assigned nursing units, manage staffing, and drive quality patient care across departments.

The role supports budget development and program initiatives, collaborates with physicians and educators, and ensures regulatory readiness while fostering a professional practice environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (or eligible) and national clinical/leadership certification within 2 years.
• Associates Degree required; must enroll in BSN within 6 months; BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum RN experience: 5 years with ADN or 3 years with BSN or higher.
• Professional organization membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and coordinate unit operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in budgeting and resource planning including capital and operating budgets.
• Collaborate with physicians, leaders and educators to support clinical programs and governance.
