Main Line Health, Inc. seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the CTICU/CT Stepdown unit. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, assist in staffing and scheduling, and work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality patient care in a 32-bed unit.

You will have opportunities for career growth through ongoing education, tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year, and participation in hospital/nursing system committees and research projects.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
• MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
• PA RN license (or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact) required.
• Provider BLS certification required.

Use your dynamic leadership abilities in building and leading our interdisciplinary team within the 32 bed unit. You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you would be supporting a team caring for a Cardiothoracic ICU and Cardiothoracic Stepdown patient population.

Position:

Assistant Nurse Manager - CTICU/CT Stepdown

Shift:

Full-time, Salaried; Evening Shift with flexible start/end times; Occasional day shift, weekend, and night rotation as needed.

Experience:

• Three to Five years of recent ICU Nurse experience preferred. Cardiothoracic Nurse experience preferred.
• Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
• MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) required.
• Certification in specialty area is desired.
