Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Cardiothoracic ICU, based in Wynnewood, PA. This full-time role supports both days and nights in a 50/50 rotation, with a nightly shift differential and a compensation model that includes bonuses.

Qualified candidates will have an NP or PA program, MSN, and PA license in Pennsylvania, with BLS (ACLS/PALS may be required). Tuition reimbursement and paid time off are offered, along with free employee parking.

Position:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Cardiothoracic ICU

Shift:

Full time – 40 hours a week – 50/50 DAYS and NIGHTS, and NIGHTS ONLY - weekend, and holiday requirement

Experience:

2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Acute Care preferred.

A minimum of 2 years nursing experience in clinical care, cardiology, surgical backgrounds preferred.

Education:

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required

MSN required

Licensure:

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Or Pennsylvania licence as a Physician Assistant (PA) Required

BLS certification required

May require ACLS certification

May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support)

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
