Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown at Lankenau Medical Center. This Night Shift role requires 1 year of telemetry or stepdown experience and PA RN licensure (multi-state via compact okay).

BSN preferred with tuition reimbursement opportunities. The position offers 36 hours per week with night or day/night rotation, up to 200 hours PTO annually, employee discounts, and free parking.

Qualifications

• One year of telemetry and/or stepdown nursing experience required.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association/Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for cardiothoracic stepdown patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based projects, and clinical ladder activities.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - CT-Stepdown

Shift:

36 hrs per week, Night Shift (7pm-7:30am) OR Day/Night Rotation (up to the candidate whether they do straight Nights or D/N Rotation); Weekend rotation required.

Experience:

One year of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown Nurse experience required.

Education:

• 1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
• 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
