Main Line Health invites you to join the CTICU team at Lankenau Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. The CTICU unit cares for cardiothoracic patients with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care within an 16-bed unit.

The RN will work 36 hours per week on the night shift (7pm–7:30am) with weekend rotation, caring for post-surgical and critical cardiac patients and contributing to patient experience, staff education, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Recent ICU nursing experience is required.
• Active RN license in PA or multi-state license via compact.
• BLS certification (preferred) and ACLS (required).

Responsabilités

• Care for Cardiothoracic ICU patients on a 36-hour weekly night shift.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Engage in hospital nursing committees and professional development activities.
