Job summary

Main Line Health, Paoli Hospital, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. Lead an interdisciplinary team and work with the Nurse Manager to maintain safe, high-quality patient care.

You will participate in staffing decisions, interviews, and annual performance appraisals, and support career development through tuition reimbursement and Education & Development classes. Join a diverse team dedicated to exceptional service; full-time day shift with rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Cath Lab nursing experience 3–5 years preferred.
• MSN or related Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiac Cath Lab interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules; interview and select staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals to staff.
• Promote education and development opportunities for team members.
• Participate in Nursing Committees and evidence-based projects.

Position:

Assistant Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab

Shift:

Fulltime Day Shift with a Minimum of 20% rotation to Off-Shift

Experience:

1. Three to Five years’ experience working in a Cath Lab Nurse experience preferred.

2. Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

Education:

1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.

3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) required.

3. Certification in specialty area is desired.
