Job summary

Main Line Health, Paoli Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab to lead the interdisciplinary team and support high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with the Nurse Manager on staffing, performance appraisals, and staff development, while encouraging continued education and participation in hospital committees and research projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' Cath Lab nursing experience.
• Prior charge nurse or other leadership experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or related Bachelor's Degree required.
• MSN or related Master's Degree preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via NLC.
• Provider BLS required.
• Certification in specialty area is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiac Cath Lab team alongside the Nurse Manager.
• Provide ongoing feedback to staff and coordinate staffing and schedules.
• Interview and select staff to join the team.
• Participate in education and development activities for nursing staff.
• Engage in hospital Nursing Committees and evidence-based projects.

Position:

Assistant Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab

Shift:

Full-time, Day Shift with a Minimum of 20% rotation to Off-Shift

Experience:

• Three to Five years' experience working in a Cath Lab Nurse experience preferred.
• Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
• MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) required.
• Certification in specialty area is desired.
