GPM Investments LLC in Erwin, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly. You will support the Store Manager, supervise a small team, handle cash and deposits, and ensure excellent customer service across all shifts.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. This role offers weekly pay, a bonus program, and opportunities to grow into store leadership as you gain experience in retail operations.

Competenze

Leadership experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team to upsell and deliver great service.
Strong cash handling, deposits, and financial oversight responsibilities.

Mansioni

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
