Bloedorns is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience in building materials, supervisory roles, or a mix of both.
• Weekend availability required.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret schedules and instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Step in for General Manager in their absence and communicate status and issues.
• Assist GM with recruiting, hiring, training, and promotions.
• Supervise staff and resolve workplace issues; assign tasks.
• Assist with budget prep, financial reporting, and accounts payable monitoring.
• Help manage inventory and expense controls; monitor expenditures.
• Solicit customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company programs and procedures.
