Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage facilities where you’ll drive rentals, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain site operations. You will convert inquiries into rentals, manage accounts receivable, process deposits, and upsell moving supplies while upholding the company’s standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a willingness to travel to different

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell features and benefits of the property at all opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met.
• Inspect the property, including performing lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
