Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and by prospecting new business. You will deliver top-tier customer service in-store and in customers' homes, offering white-glove service.

You will manage deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep an inviting store and organized products. The role requires 1-3 years of retail or sales experience and a valid driver's license; full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through completed rental agreements and prospect new business.
