Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new business development, while delivering exceptional customer service in store and at customers'' homes.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting showroom. The role emphasizes a servant-hearted approach, with opportunities to advance and excellent benefits. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver''s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant''s heart in stores and in customers'' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean, organized store for customers and coworkers.
