Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and at customers' homes, and oversee deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a HS diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales or collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move product and operate company vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in-store and at customers' homes.
• Support deliveries and pickups, including loading/unloading and installation per procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean, organized store environment for customers and coworkers.
