Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and grow the customer base. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences with a servant's heart in-store and in customers' homes.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, merchandising, and ensure a clean, inviting store. The role requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license for operating company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
