Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in Oregon. You will grow sales by closing rental agreements and prospecting new customers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store and at customers' homes.

You will coordinate deliveries and pickups, ensure safe handling and installation of products, and maintain an inviting store with organized products. A high school diploma and 18+ years old are required, plus driving with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, organized store with clean product presentation and merchandising for customers and coworkers.
