Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements while delivering white-glove service in-store and in customers' homes.

You will manage deliveries, provide outstanding customer experiences, and grow new business while upholding a top-notch, welcoming showroom. A 1–3 year background in retail or sales and a valid driver's license are required; excellent benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with attentive service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Maintain an inviting, clean, organized store with customers and coworkers in mind.
