Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and deliver exceptional, white-glove customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

You will manage deliveries, pickups, merchandising, and create a welcoming store environment while ensuring high service standards. 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries & pickups with safe, compliant loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Merchandise the store to maintain an inviting, organized shopping environment.
