Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our stores and in customers' homes. You will engage in rental agreements, prospect new business, and ensure high quality white-glove service.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Weekly pay and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old, valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white glove service.
• Assist deliveries and pickups in store and at customer homes with safe loading/unloading and installation.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
