Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering a WOW experience for our customers in Atlanta. You will support staff development, oversee daily shop operations, and help drive sales and profitability while upholding Krispy Kreme’s standards of hospitality and quality.

You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, manage cash handling and reporting, and ensure equipment and sanitation meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry.
• Two years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution of team members.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions, including cash handling, reporting, counting, and depositing revenues, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational for team member use including production equipment, POS, retail equipment, drive-thru, and processing equipment.
• Maintain a high level of shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.
