Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Augusta, GA is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to deliver a WOW customer experience. You will develop staff, manage operations, and drive shop goals while growing toward a future General Manager role.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer service, and adherence to promotions and procedures in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in food service or retail.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, training, onboarding, and resolving disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting: cash handling, reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational (POS, production, drive-thru, etc.).
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness to high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster inclusive culture.
