GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, handle cash and deposits, and lead a team focused on customer service and sales.

The role requires open weekend/holiday availability, a willingness to work second or third shifts, and a path toward Store Manager opportunities. Training and a strong team environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team for customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
