GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Arizona. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and lead operations across inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

The role requires open availability, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification. Expect to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts in a fast-paced retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks around the store.
• 21+ years old with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and help customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a customer-service focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
