Qualifications

• Open Availability for weekends, holidays and variable shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable with store cleaning and upkeep tasks.
• Minimum age of 21+ years.
• Clear English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store—including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
