Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager. You will handle credit/collections and deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in customers’ homes. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail/service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will drive company vehicles and help maintain merchandising standards across locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
