Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high‑quality goods and to make a difference in their lives. This role supports credit and collections while delivering friendly, field‑based service with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will engage in walk-in and in‑home experiences, drive company vehicles, and help maintain a welcoming store environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store with cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
